Talbot Consultants International Inc., under Richard Talbot, has recently been retained to act as the consultant to The Halcrow Group for the concession planning for the proposed new Terminal 3 and Intermodal Transportation Centre at CKSIA, Taipei. The tasking requires the analysis and space planning for all non-aeronautical revenue generating facilities including airside and landside retail, food & beverage, duty free and currency exchange as well as transfer passenger accommodation, business centre facilities, conference centre facilities, recreational facilities, car hire, existing & future hotel accommodation and other concessions. The project is on-going.
